19th Tee Blended Scotch Whisky

Pale straw color, notes of caramel, and a touch of peat on the nose. Smooth flavors of honey and subtle notes of citrus and orchard fruit.

The 19th Tee Cocktail

Add 2 oz. 19th Tee Blended Scotch Whisky,
1 oz. lemon juice, and
.5 oz. simple syrup to a shaker with ice,
and shake for 10 seconds.
Fill a glass with ice and pour the mixture over the top.
Pour 1 oz. iced tea and
1 oz. lemonade in the glass and
garnish with a lemon wedge.

Michter’s Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey

Distilled and bottled in Kentucky, this rye has notes of citrus along with pepper and spice, with smooth flavors of butterscotch and oak.

Old Fashioned Cocktail

Add .5 oz. simple syrup,
2 dashes Angostura bitters,
and 2.5 oz. Michter’s Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey
to ice-filled mixing glass.
Stir about 30 sec; strain into rocks glass over a large ice cube.
Garnish with orange peel and 1 maraschino or brandied cherry.

 

Chef Tip: Use an ice mold to create a large ice cube or sphere ice cube to keep drink colder longer with less dilution.

Moisten margarita glass rim with lime wedge;
coat with salt.
Add .5 oz. Grand Marnier,
2 oz. Suerte Reposado Tequila,
1 oz. agave syrup,
and 1 oz. lime juice to ice-filled cocktail shaker.
Shake vigorously until chilled;
pour with ice into salt-rimmed glass.
Garnish with lime wedge.
