19th Tee Blended Scotch Whisky

From Scotland, pale-straw color, notes of caramel, and a touch of peat on the nose. Smooth flavors of honey and subtle notes of citrus and orchard fruit.

Golden Tee

Combine 1.5 oz 19th Tee Blended Scotch,
.75 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur,
1.5 oz organic pear juice,
.75 oz simple syrup,
.25 oz lemon juice, and a pinch of Ceylon cinnamon to a cocktail shaker and shake for 10 seconds.
Strain into wine glass filled with ice.
Garnish with Anjou pear slice.

Copper & Cask Private Batch Bourbon Whiskey

A custom blend of minimum eight-year aged bourbon, bottled at cask strength. Warming notes of caramel and honey with vanilla and light baking spices.

Italiano Americano

Add 1.5 oz Copper & Cask Private Batch Bourbon,
.75 oz Campari,
.75 oz lemon juice, and
1 Tbsp simple syrup to an ice-filled cocktail shaker; shake vigorously until chilled.
Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with an orange wheel.

To make simple syrup:
Combine 8 oz water and 8 oz sugar to a small saucepan on low heat. Stir until the sugar is dissolved and then chill. Set aside 1 Tbsp syrup; refrigerate remaining syrup for other drinks.

1 oz triple sec, and
1 oz lime juice to an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
Stir briskly to combine.

For a salted rim, fill small saucer with coarse salt, dampen the rim of an empty margarita glass with a lime wedge, and gently roll the outer edge in the salt. Pour the drink into the glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
