19th Tee Blended Scotch Whisky

The 19th Tee Cocktail

Add 2 oz. 19th Tee Blended Scotch Whisky,
1 oz. lemon juice, and
.5 oz. simple syrup to a shaker with ice,
and shake for 10 seconds.
Fill a glass with ice and pour the mixture over the top.
Pour 1 oz. iced tea and
1 oz. lemonade in the glass and
garnish with a lemon wedge.

Copper & Cask Private Batch Bourbon

This 8-year Bourbon is bottled at Cask strength, and has warming notes of caramel and honey with some vanilla and light spice on the finish.

Old Fashioned

Add .5 oz simple syrup,
2 dashes bitters,
and 2.5 oz Copper & Cask Private Batch Bourbon to an ice filled mixing glass.
Stir for about 30 seconds.
Strain into rocks glass over a large ice cube.
Garnish with an orange peel and Maraschino or brandied cherry.

.75 oz raw honey syrup in a shaker.
Add ice, shake, then double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with lemon twist.
