Hand-selected by our spirits experts for exceptional taste and quality. This release features a blend of bourbon, rye, corn whiskey, and light whiskey finished in a Tokaji Hungarian Sweet Wine barrel. Rich and buttery notes of pecan pie, buttered kettle corn, raisin, and honey.
Barrell Old Fashioned
Add 2.5 oz Barrell Tokaji Finish Whiskey,
.5 oz Demerara syrup,
and 3 dashes of Angostura bitters into a mixing glass,
fill with ice, stir, and then strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with an orange peel.
Demerara syrup: Add 2 cups of Demerara sugar and 1 cup water to a saucepan and whisk on low heat until sugar is dissolved. Cool before use. Store remaining contents in refrigerator.
This seven-year bottled-in-bond bourbon pays tribute to the history of Heaven Hill, dating back to its first release in 1939. Smooth, warm, and sweet with subtle rye spice. Caramel and honey flavors mingle with oak and char, followed by a long, lingering finish.
Take lemon and moisten the rim of a coupe glass.
Dip glass rim in sugar.
Combine 2 oz Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon,
.75 oz triple sec, and
.75 oz lemon juice.
Shake ingredients together with cracked ice.
Strain into coupe glass.

Crafted in the Dominican Republic, this rum combines the rich flavors of bourbon and sherry casks through a double-aging process. Notes of vanilla, red fruits, and toffee intertwine with cocoa and natural oak spice. Full of flavor and perfectly balanced.
Combine 2 oz Brugal 1888 Doblemente Añejado Rum,
.5 oz Campari, and
.25 oz sweet vermouth in a glass with ice and stir.
Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice
and garnish with orange peel and vanilla pod.

Handcrafted in the USA from 100% American corn. The flavor is mild and clean, with subtle aromas and a smooth, warming finish with hints of cream.
Combine 2.5 oz Copper Plate Vodka and
.5 oz dry vermouth in an ice-filled mixing glass and
stir until thoroughly combined.
Strain into a cocktail glass and
garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
Provado Azul Reposado Tequila
Handcrafted in Jalisco, Mexico with 100% Blue Weber Agave and rested in ex-bourbon barrels for added complexity. Notes of caramel, vanilla, and pineapple with a slight peppery finish.
Wet the rim of a rocks glass and dip in sea salt.
Combine 2 oz Provado Azul Reposado Tequila,
1.5 oz lime juice, and
2 tablespoons of fresh blueberries in a cocktail shaker, then muddle.
1 oz agave nectar, and
3 dashes of orange bitters.
Shake vigorously and then strain cocktail over fresh ice in the salt-rimmed rocks glass.
